What we collect

When you send a service request, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, how you prefer to be contacted, the type of service, details about your boat, engine, part or listing, and your message.

While you fill in the request form, your browser keeps a copy of your entries on your own device so they are not lost if the page reloads. That copy is cleared after the request is sent.

How we use it

We use the details you send to contact you about your request. A request does not automatically confirm an appointment.

Website chat

The “Ask Interstate Marine” chat is an AI assistant. Questions you type are sent to an AI service to produce an answer. Please don’t enter personal or payment details in the chat.
